Standard bookings are available in 1-hour and 2-hour increments. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Your slot ends promptly at the end of your booked session regardless of your arrival time.

9. Bib Rentals and Add-ons

Optional bib rentals are available at R20 per set per game. This can be added during the booking process. Lost or damaged bibs will be charged at R100 per set.

10. Facility Availability

While we strive to maintain uninterrupted access to our facilities, bookings may occasionally be rescheduled due to maintenance, events, or weather-related closures. In such cases, we will notify affected users and offer alternative slots or refunds.
