1. Introduction

Welcome to Playa Arena. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, mobile services, and venue bookings. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Booking Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to make a booking.
• Users aged 14–15 may only book under the supervision of a parent or responsible adult.
• All bookings must be made online via our platform. Even if contacted directly, we will still process the booking online for record purposes.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment may be made online before your game or at the venue using cash or YOCO card machine.
• Failure to pay in full may result in restrictions or penalties being added to your account.
• No-shows will incur a penalty of R100. This fee must be paid before any new bookings can be made.

4. Cancellations & Penalties

• Bookings must be cancelled at least 1 hour before the scheduled time (e.g. cancel by 4:59 PM for a 6:00 PM game).
• Block bookings must be cancelled at least 2 hours in advance.
• Failure to cancel in time may result in a R100 penalty.

5. Venue & Conduct

• No alcohol, drugs, or illegal substances are allowed on the premises. The venue is located on school property.
• You agree to respect the facility, equipment, staff, and other players at all times.
• We reserve the right to deny access or remove individuals who violate our rules or behave inappropriately.

6. Assumption of Risk

You participate in games at your own risk. While we will provide basic first aid where possible, Playa Arena is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses sustained on the premises or during any scheduled activity.

7. Account Management

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and secure.
• You agree not to impersonate others or use false information when registering.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or misuse the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, content, designs, and materials on the Playa Arena platform are the intellectual property of Playa Arena or its partners. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
