1. General Overview

At Playa Arena, we aim to provide a fair and transparent refund policy for all bookings made on our platform or at our venue. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only granted in cases where cancellations are made within the required cancellation window.
All refunds are subject to verification and are issued to the original payment method used during booking.
Refunds are not applicable to no-shows or late cancellations unless otherwise approved by Playa Arena management.

3. Cancellation Windows

Standard bookings: Must be cancelled at least 1 hour before the scheduled start time to be eligible for a refund.
Block bookings: Must be cancelled at least 2 hours in advance.
Failure to cancel within these timeframes may result in a penalty of R100 and no refund will be issued.

4. Method of Refund

If paid online, the refund will be processed through the same method (e.g., card or bank transfer) within 7 working days.
Cash payments made at the venue will be refunded via EFT. Banking details must be provided in writing to info@playaarena.co.za.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be granted for failure to arrive (no-show) without proper cancellation notice.
Refunds will not be granted once the session has begun or the court has been used.
Fees paid for penalty charges (such as late cancellations or no-shows) are non-refundable.

6. Venue Closure or Postponement

In rare cases where Playa Arena must cancel or postpone bookings due to unforeseen events (e.g., weather, maintenance, or safety concerns), clients will be given the option to reschedule or request a full refund.
Such refunds will be issued without penalty, and the user will be notified as early as possible.

7. Disputes and Contact

If you believe you are entitled to a refund outside of the terms listed above, please contact us via email at info@playaarena.co.za. Each case will be assessed individually, and our decision will be final.
