Partner Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

This agreement governs the signage and digital exposure partnership between Playa Arena and the participating business ("Partner"). By entering this agreement, the Partner agrees to the terms outlined below.

2. Partnership Period & Cost

The total initial commitment is R4000, which includes:

Signage production (approx. R2500 paid to a supplier of the Partner's choosing)
Three (3) months of free advertising upon installation
Three (3) months of paid exposure at R500 per month (R1500 total)

This agreement covers a fixed 6-month exposure period.
After this period, both parties may review and renegotiate terms based on performance and interest.

3. Signage Requirements

Partner signage must meet pre-approved size and design specifications provided by Playa Arena.
It must be weatherproof, clean, and suitable for public viewing in a school sports setting.
Designs are subject to approval prior to printing and installation.
The Partner is responsible for manufacturing costs and delivery of the signage.

4. Digital Exposure

All partners receive logo placement in the website footer on every public-facing page of playaarena.co.za.
A backlink will be added to the Partner’s site or preferred platform where applicable.
Digital shout-outs may occur on social platforms, events, or promotional emails during the partnership term.

5. Partner Visibility & Reporting

Partners will be listed in our upcoming dedicated Partner Directory on playaarena.co.za.
Listings will include a logo, short business description, contact info, and direct backlink.
Each active partner will receive a brief monthly visibility report containing:

Basic website traffic metrics (impressions on the Partner footer section & directory listing)
Approximate foot traffic numbers (number of unique bookings or estimated players at the venue)

This allows the Partner to evaluate reach and engagement over time.

6. Premium Tier Exposure (Coming Soon)

Playa Arena is developing a smart recording system that will capture footage from live games and pickup sessions.
Players will be able to download, save, and share these videos and highlight reels.
Our Premium Tier will include exclusive exposure by displaying only one sponsor logo (alongside the Playa Arena brand) as a watermark or branded frame on all shared clips.
This provides unrivaled brand presence in highly shareable content across social platforms and personal chats.
Only one sponsor will be featured in this tier at any given time. Availability will be on a first-come basis or via internal review.

7. Conduct & Brand Safety

Partners may not promote messaging or products that are inappropriate, offensive, political, or conflict with school premises policies.
Playa Arena reserves the right to refuse or remove signage that violates these standards.
Partners must maintain a respectful relationship with the Playa Arena team and community at all times.

8. Cancellation Policy

The agreement may only be canceled under the following circumstances:

Material breach by either party
Written mutual agreement

There are no refunds once signage has been installed and the exposure period begins.

9. Risk & Liability

Signage is displayed in an outdoor space open to the public. Playa Arena is not liable for theft, damage, vandalism, or force majeure events.
Replacement signage (if applicable) will be at the Partner's cost.
Playa Arena accepts no liability for business outcomes derived from the exposure offered.

10. Acceptance

By submitting an interest form, or confirming participation via email or message, the Partner acknowledges and accepts the terms above. This serves as a valid and binding agreement between both parties.

11. Communication & Feedback

Playa Arena will maintain clear, friendly, and open communication with all Partners via email or preferred contact methods.
Partners are encouraged to share feedback or ideas on how we can collaborate better and improve the program over time.
All communication will be treated with professionalism and transparency.
